如意金黄散加临床经验方药酒治疗膝骨关节炎肿胀的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察如意黄金散加临床经验方药酒对膝骨关节炎患者的治疗效果是否有明显的提高。方法:收集本院骨科收治的120例保守治疗的膝骨关节炎患者按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各60例,对照组在临床治疗中予以骨科常规护理,而研究组在临床治疗中,除骨科常规护理之外,以药酒作为如意金黄散的介质进行调合后,外敷于患者患处进行治疗,并观察疗效。结果:当患者治疗结束后,研究组肿胀消退率大于对照组(93.3%,83.3%,P<0.05),患者的VAS评分较治疗前均有所降低(P<0.05),并且研究组的VAS评分前后差值明显低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组的总有效率为93.3%,对照组的总有效率为78.3%,并且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:如意金黄散加临床经验方药酒作为介质调合后,能更好地降低患者患处的疼痛不适,并对膝骨关节炎患者的红肿有良好的治疗效果。Objective:Studying whether the therapeutic effect of Ruyi Jinhuang Powder combined with clinical experienced medicine liquor on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis had obvious improvement in eliminating swelling and so on. Methods:The patients with knee osteoarthritis 120 cases of conservative treatment in our department were randomly divided into study group and controlled group with 60 cases in each group, the controlled group received routine treatment in clinical nursing in department of orthopedics, while the study group in the clinical treatment, in addition to the routine nursing care in department of orthopedics, but also the need for blending as a wine with Ruyi Jinhuang powder medium, externally applied to patients with swelling underwent treatment. Results:When patients after treatment, VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05), and the study group of the VAS score was significantly lower than the controlled group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the study group was 93.3%, the total effective rate of the controlled group was 78.3%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Ruyi Jinhuang Powder combined with clinical experienced medical liquor blending, which can reduce the pain and discomfort in the affected patients, and in patients with knee osteoarthritis and has good therapeutic effect.
