摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴压豆联合穴位按摩对胆囊结石患者术后肠功能、结石复发的影响。方法:选择医院2018年10月~2019年3月收治胆囊结石患者110例,按随机数表法分为两组。对照组给予穴位按摩,观察组在对照组基础上给予耳穴压豆,20天为1个疗程,均护理2个疗程。统计两组患者术后胃肠道功能恢复情况、焦虑抑郁情况、护理满意度、术后并发症发生率及随访期间结石复发。结果:观察组肛门恢复排气时间、排便时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次进食流质食物时间均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后焦虑抑郁评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项护理满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率及随访期间结石复发率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:耳穴压豆联合穴位按摩可缩短胆囊结石患者术后胃肠功能恢复时间,降低结石复发率。Objective:To study the effect of auricular point pressing with bean combined with acupoint massage on postoperative intestinal function and stone recurrence for patients with gallstones. Methods:110 patients with gallstones from October 2018 to March 2019 who were treated in the hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The controlled group was given acupoint massage, and the observation group was given auricular point pressing with bean on the basis of the controlled group, and they were nursed for 2 courses with 20 days as a course of treatment. Postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery, anxiety and depression, nursing satisfaction, incidence rate of postoperative complications and stone recurrence during follow-up were counted in the two groups. Results:The recovery time of anus exhaust, defecation time, recovery time of bowel sounds and time of first intake of liquid food in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction scores of all items in the observation group were higher than those in the controlled group(P<0.05). The incidence rate of postoperative complications and stone recurrence rate during follow-up in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05). Conclusions:Auricular point pressing with bean combined with acupoint massage can shorten time of postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery and reduce the stone recurrence rate of patients with gallstones.
