摘 要:在三维动态全景模式下设计的电力变压器容易出现漏磁场损耗现象,采用传统控制技术缺少对横向漏磁的分析,导致控制精准度较低,为了解决该问题,提出了基于三维模式的电力变压器横向漏磁场损耗智能控制技术研究。结合"场-路"耦合有限元漏磁场损耗计算原理,分析横向漏磁分布特性。采用增量式编码盘检测转子位置,当变压器复位后,需重新设定转子磁场角度。分别使用两个计时器记录脉冲和周期,使用抗积分饱和调节器对电流进行调节,使其产生直轴和交轴电流。对绕组末端变压器进行分接处理,通过调节分接S1大小,实现对电力变压器漏磁场损耗的智能控制。由实验对比结果可知,用三维手段能使该技术控制效果最高达到97%,为电力变压器稳定运行奠定基础。Power transformer designed in three-dimensional dynamic panoramic mode is prone to leakage magnetic field loss.The traditional control technology lacks the analysis of transverse leakage magnetic field,which leads to low control accuracy.In order to solve this problem,an intelligent control technology of transverse leakage magnetic field loss of power transformer based on three-dimensional dynamic panoramic mode is proposed.Based on the calculation principle of magnetic field leakage in coupled field circuit,the lateral magnetic flux leakage characteristics are analyzed.The incremental encoding disk is used to detect the rotor position.When the transformer is reset,the rotor magnetic field angle needs to be reset.Two timers are used to record pulses and periods,and anti-integrator saturation regulator is used to adjust the current to produce straight and quadrature current.The transformer at the end of winding is tapped,and the intelligent control of leakage magnetic field loss of power transformer is realized by adjusting the tapping S1 size.According to the comparison results of the experiments,the control effect of this technology can reach 97% by three-dimensional means,which lays a foundation for the stable operation of power transformer.
