摘 要:根据某磷矿的矿山及其周边的地形地质条件、现有外部道路建设条件及拟建采选工程建设规模,初选了3个备选厂址、9个开拓运输系统方案,综合各方案建设投资和运营成本,利用净现值及静态投资回收期等方法,确定了最优厂址及开拓运输系统方案即主平硐开拓、胶带运输方案。运输方案的确定为企业投资决策提供了技术和经济支撑,对矿山减少建设投资、运营成本具有重要的指导意义。According to the topographic and geological conditions and its surroundings in a phosphate mine,the existing external road construction conditions and the construction scale of the proposed mining and mineral processing works,three alternative plant sites and nine schemes for development transportation system were selected.By integrating the construction investment and operation costs of each scheme,using the methods of net present value and static investment payback period among others,the optimal plant site and development transportation system scheme,namely the main adit development and belt transportation scheme,were determined,which provides technical and economic support for the investment decision of enterprises,and has important guiding significance for reducing the construction investment and operating costs of mines.
