摘  要:针对甘肃某镍矿出现的矿石黏结问题,对矿石试样进行XRD分析,可知矿物中含有绿泥石等黏土矿物,黏土矿物具有遇水裂解、膨胀并黏结的特点,导致崩落的矿石出现黏结性;含水率试验结果表明,矿石含水率约为8%时黏结性最强,影响矿石黏结性的主要因素为矿石含水率、矿石成分及粉矿含量。为避免生产过程中因矿石黏结发生采场结拱、溜井堵塞等问题,提出了完善地表防排水工程、井下疏水排水、选择合理的爆破参数、控制入井物料等管控措施。To address the problem of ore adhesion in a nickel mine in Gansu,XRD analysis of the ore samples showed that the minerals containing clay minerals such as chlorite have the characteristics of water cracking,expansion and adhesion,leading to the adhesion of the ore in collapse.The result of water content test shows that the ore has the strongest viscosity when the water content of ore is about 8% and the main factors affecting the cohesion of ore are water content,ore composition and powder content.In order to avoid the problems of stope arch and orepass blockage and others in the production process,some control measures are put forward,such as improving surface waterproofing and drainage works,underground drainage,selecting reasonable blasting parameters and controlling the materials entering the well.
