摘  要:结合光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱以及化学多元素分析等技术手段,系统研究了河南淅川大沟岩矿区产出的有代表性的石墨矿石的工艺矿物学特征。结果表明:该矿属于典型的鳞片石墨矿,矿石中可供回收的目的元素为碳,质量分数为8.12%,矿石类型为石墨斜长片麻岩型。通过偏光显微镜分析和扫描电镜分析发现,石墨在矿石中主要以鳞片状、片状、细小的板状产出,同时矿石中石墨多以独立的石墨颗粒产出,嵌布粒度细小,少部分石墨与含铁矿物如黄铁矿、赤铁矿存在包裹、毗连、交代等关系,不利于选矿过程中石墨精矿品位的提高。另外通过能谱分析可知,石墨原矿中含有一定量的Fe,建议在后续的浮选-化学纯化工艺的确定过程中着重考虑Fe的脱除。In this paper,the technological mineralogical characteristics of representative flaky graphite ore in Dagouyan mining area,Xichuan,Henan are systematically studied by means of optical microscope identification,scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum and chemical multi-element analysis.The results show that the ore belongs to the typical flake graphite ore and the main recoverable target element in the ore is carbon with the content of 8.12%and the ore type of graphite plagioclase gneiss.It is found by polarizing microscopy and scanning electron microscopy that graphite is mainly produced in the form of scales,flake and fine plates in the ore.Most of the graphite in the ore is produced as independent graphite particles with fine dissemination size.A small part of the graphite has the encapsulated,contiguous,metasomatic relationship with iron bearing minerals such as pyrite and hematite,which is not conducive to the improvement of the grade of graphite concentrate in the process of benefication.In addition,energy spectrum analysis shows that there is a certain amount of Fe element in the graphite minerals produced in the mining area.It is suggested that the exclusion of Fe element should be considered in the subsequent flotation-chemical purification process.
