摘　　要：非洲刚果某脱泥(-10μm)磷矿样品属硅钙质胶磷矿石,在对其进行原矿化学分析、粒径筛析及特征分析的基础上,进行了正反浮选流程探索试验,最终确定采用3粗2精正反浮选开路工艺流程进行试验。由原矿P2O5品位18.94%、MgO质量分数3.86%、SiO2质量分数25.00%、R2O3质量分数1.97%,获得了磷精矿P2O5品位32.57%、MgO质量分数0.71%、SiO2质量分数3.01%、R2O3质量分数1.12%、P2O5回收率78.91%、总尾矿P2O5品位7.38%的理想分选指标。A deslimed(-10μm)phosphate ore sample from Congo,Africa,belongs to siliceous and calcareous phosphate ore.On the basis of chemical analysis of the raw ore,sieve analysis of particle size and characteristic analysis,the exploration tests of direct and reverse flotation process were carried out.Finally,the three-roughing and two-cleaning flotation open-circuit process was adopted for the tests.The phosphate concentrate with P2O532.57%,MgO 0.71%,SiO23.01%,R2O31.12%,recovery rate78.91%and the total tailings P2O57.38%was produced from the flotation test with feed grade P2O518.94%,MgO 3.86%,SiO225.00%,R2O31.97%.
