弹性固定辅助闭合复位钛制弹性髓内针治疗儿童桡尺骨骨干骨折的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨弹性固定辅助闭合复位钛制弹性髓内针(TEN)在儿童桡尺骨骨干骨折治疗中的临床疗效。方法24例桡尺骨骨干骨折患儿,均采用弹性固定辅助闭合复位TEN治疗,分析治疗效果、骨折愈合情况、术后并发症发生情况等。结果24例患儿随访时间6~18个月,平均随访10个月,术后定期复查X线片,骨折痊愈7个月后取出内固定板。患儿无骨折延迟愈合、骨不连、骨骺损伤、骨筋膜室综合征发生。1例患儿出现角度<8°左右畸形愈合,未进行特殊处理。24例患儿治疗效果优23例,良1例,可0例,差0例,优良率为100%。结论弹性固定辅助闭合复位TEN固定是治疗儿童桡尺骨骨干骨折的有效方法,操作简单,创伤少,疗效好,在获得满意治疗效果的同时,能够避免辐射对患儿及术者不良影响,值得推广及应用。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of elastic fixation assisted closed reduction titanium elastic needle(TEN)for the treatment of radial and ulnal shaft fracture in children.Methods A total of 24 children with radial and ulnal shaft fracture all treated by elastic fixation assisted closed reduction TEN,and the therapeutic effect,fracture healing and occurrence of complications after operation were analyzed.Results 24 children were followed up for 6-18 months,with an average of 10 months.X-ray films were reviewed regularly after operation,and the internal fixation plate was removed after 7 months of fracture healing.There was no delayed union,nonunion,epiphyseal injury and compartment syndrome.1 child with angle<8°had malunion without special treatment.In 24 children,23 cases were excellent,1 case was good,0 case was fair and 0 case was poor,with excellent-good rate as 100%.Conclusion Elastic fixation assisted closed reduction TEN is an effective method for the treatment of children’s radial and ulnar shaft fractures.It is easy to operate with less trauma and good effect.It can avoid the adverse effects of radiation on children and operators while obtaining satisfactory treatment effect.It is worth popularizing and applying.
