苓桂术甘汤加味方对慢性心力衰竭患者血清TNF-α、IL-10及TGF-β1水平的影响

摘　　要：【目的】探讨苓桂术甘汤加味方对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)及转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平的影响。【方法】将60例CHF患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组给予西医常规抗心衰治疗,观察组在对照组西医常规抗心衰治疗的基础上给予苓桂术甘汤加味方治疗,疗程为2周。观察2组患者治疗前后血清TNF-α、IL-10及TGF-β1水平的变化情况。【结果】治疗前,2组患者血清TNF-α、IL-10、TGF-β1水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗2周后,2组患者血清TNF-α、TGF-β1水平均较治疗前明显降低,血清IL-10水平均较治疗前明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且观察组在降低血清TNF-α、TGF-β1水平和升高血清IL-10水平方面均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】苓桂术甘汤加味方能较好地调节CHF患者血清TNF-α、IL-10及TGF-β1水平,对改善患者心功能,提高治疗效果有重要意义。Objective To observe the effect of modified Ling Gui Zhu Gan Decoction on the serum levels of tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),interleukin 10(IL-10)and transforming growth factor beta 1(TGF-β1)in the patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Sixty patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given anti-heart failure western medicine,and the observation group was given modified Ling Gui Zhu Gan Decoction combined with antiheart failure western medicine,the treatment course covering 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-10 and TGF-β1 in the two groups were measured.Results Before treatment,the differences of serum TNF-α,IL-10 and TGF-β1 levels between the two groups were insignificant(P>0.05).After treatment for 2 weeks,the serum levels of TNF-αand TGF-β1 in the two groups were significantly decreased and the serum IL-10 level was significantly increased(P<0.01 compared with those before treatment),and the decrease of TNF-αand TGF-β1 level as well as the increase of IL-10 level in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Modified Ling Gui Zhu Gan Decoction is effective on regulating the serum levels of TNF-α,IL-10 and TGF-β1 in patients with chronic heart failure,which is of great significance for improving heart function and enhancing therapeutic effect.
