林丽珠治疗卵巢癌用药规律探讨

摘　　要：收集林丽珠教授治疗卵巢癌门诊患者的有效处方数据,采用频次分析、关联规则分析、复杂网络分析等数据挖掘方法分析其治疗卵巢癌的用药规律。结果显示:共纳入治疗75例患者的668首处方,覆盖中医证型6个,以瘀毒蕴结证、痰瘀互结证、脾肾亏虚证最为多见;处方共涉及中药209味、中成药13种;提取治疗卵巢癌的常用药物23味,核心药物组合12个。分析结果提示:林丽珠教授认为卵巢癌的病机以瘀毒蕴结、痰瘀互结为标,以脾肾亏虚、冲任失调为本,临床多用祛瘀解毒、行气调经、健脾补肾之品,体现其"补脾肾、调冲任、消癌毒"的临证经验。The data of the prescriptions of effective cases of ovarian cancer outpatients treated by Professor LIN LiZhu was collected,and the medication rules of Professor LIN Li-Zhu in the treatment of ovarian cancer were explored by means of frequency analysis,association rule analysis,and complex network analysis.The results showed that a total of 75 cases were enrolled into the analysis,and the study eventually included 668 prescriptions,covering 6 syndrome types of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).The leading 3 syndrome types were blood stasis and toxin accumulation syndrome,phlegm accumulating with blood stasis syndrome,and spleen and kidney insufficiency syndrome.The 668 prescriptions involved 209 herbs and 13 traditional Chinese patent medicines.After association rule analysis and complex network analysis,23 commonly-used herbs and 12 core herbal combinations were obtained.In the opinion of Professor LIN Li-Zhu,the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer is characterized by the accumulation of blood stasis and toxin,and phlegm accumulating with blood stasis in the superficiality,and by insufficiency of spleen and kidney,and dysfunction of Thoroughfare Vessel and Conception Vessel in the origin.The commonly-used herbs are the herbs for removing blood stasis and toxin,promoting Qi flow and regulating menstruation,and invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney,which embody the clinical thoughts of Professor LIN Li-Zhu for the treatment of ovary cancer by invigorating spleen and kidney,regulating Thoroughfare Vessel and Conception Vessel,and resolving cancerous toxin.
