黄学阳在甲状腺围手术期运用中药沐足疗法经验

摘　　要：总结黄学阳教授在甲状腺围手术期运用中药沐足疗法的经验。黄学阳教授在甲状腺围手术期运用中药沐足疗法,其基础方的组成为桂枝、干姜、虎杖、酒大黄;术前中药沐足时采用基础方加夜交藤,术后近期(术后1~5 d)中药沐足时采用基础方加夜交藤、花椒,术后远期(术后1个月)中药沐足时采用基础方加夜交藤、花椒、食盐。黄学阳教授认为中药沐足疗法在改善患者术前机体状态、提高手术质量、减少术后并发症及提高甲状腺术后远期疗效等方面具有确切疗效,且具有操作性强、安全性高、医疗成本低等优点。The experience of Professor HUANG Xue-Yang in applying Chinese medicine foot bath for improving perioperative period of thyroidectomy was summarized.The basic recipe prescribed by Professor HUANG XueYang for perioperative period of thyroid disease was mainly composed of Ramulus Cinnamomi,Rhizoma Zingiberis,Rhizoma Polygoni Cuspidati,and Radix et Rhizoma Rhei(prepared by wine).Before thyroidectomy,the patients were usually treated with the basic recipe for Chinese medicine foot bath with Caulis et Folium Polygoni Multiflori added.On postoperative day 1-5,the patients can be treated with the basic recipe for Chinese medicine foot bath with Caulis et Folium Polygoni Multiflori and Pericarpium Zanthoxyli added,and one month after the operation,the patients can be treated with the basic recipe for Chinese medicine foot bath with Caulis et Folium Polygoni Multiflori,Pericarpium Zanthoxyli,and salt added.Professor HUANG Xue-Yang believes that Chinese medicine foot bath is effective on improving patients’body condition,enhancing the effect of surgery,reducing postoperative complications and increasing the long-term efficacy after thyroid surgery.Chinese medicine foot bath has the advantages of being practical,safe and economic for improving perioperative period of thyroidectomy.
