基于数据挖掘探讨《石室秘录》组方用药规律

摘　　要：采用描述性分析、关联规则分析、因子分析与聚类分析等数据挖掘技术探讨清代名医陈士铎《石室秘录》的组方用药规律。分析结果显示,《石室秘录》中使用频率较高的药物有40味,其中用药频次最高的为人参(达到293次),其他使用频率居前的药物有:甘草、白术、茯苓、当归。用药主要涉及18个药物类别,其中前5类用药分别为补虚药、清热药、利水渗湿药、解表药与化痰止咳平喘药。关联规则、因子分析与聚类分析共得到32条关联规则、13个公因子、9个聚类方。结果提示《石室秘录》组方以"小、大、复、奇、偶"为特色,用药治法以温补扶正为主,灵活运用补气法;祛邪以清热化痰理气、调血利水、柔肝解郁与宁心安神等治法为主。Descriptive analysis,association rule analysis,factor analysis and cluster analysis were adopted for the study of principles of formula composing and prescription in Secret Records in the Stone Room(Shi Shi Mi Lu)written by CHEN Shi-Duo in Qing dynasty.The results showed that there are 40 herbs being frequently used in Secret Records in the Stone Room,and Radix Ginseng has the highest frequency of 293 times.The other 4 herbs with leading frequency are Radix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Poria and Radix Angelicae Sinensis.The prescription is mainly involved with 18 kinds of medicine categories,and the top five are medicines for tonifying deficiency,medicines for clearing heat,medicines for inducing diuresis and draining dampness,medicines for releasing exterior,and medicines for dissolving phlegm,relieving cough and asthma.A total of 32 association rules,13 common factors and 9 cluster formulae were obtained after association rule analysis,factor analysis and cluster analysis.The results indicated that the formula composing in Secret Records in the Stone Room is characterized by the prescriptions being"small,big,complex,odd and even",the therapeutic principle is characterized by warming and invigorating to reinforce healthy Qi,accompanied by the flexible utilization of Qiinvigorating therapy;therapies for dispelling pathogens mainly include clearing heat,eliminating phlegm and regulating Qi,regulating blood and water,softening the liver and relieving depression,and calming heart and tranquilizing mind.
