摘　　要：随着医疗体制改革的深入和中医药发展的各项政府战略规划的出台,针灸发展迎来了机遇与挑战。但现有的针灸医疗服务模式存在针灸服务模式单一、患者对针灸认知有限、多种疗法配合应用优势淡化、针灸装备设施相对落后及缺乏高质量针灸临床研究证据、指南及标准等不足。认为今后应从拓展针灸优势病种、扩大针灸特色技术的应用、加强针灸科普宣传、促进针灸治疗装备设施的研发、加强针灸人才培养、提升针灸科研能力等方面,创新针灸服务模式。With the further reform of health care system and the publication of national strategic plans for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the development of acupuncture and moxibustion(abbreviated as acupmoxibustion)meets its opportunities and challenges.In this article,the current status of medical service mode of acup-moxibustion was reviewed.The results showed that the current service of acup-moxibustion has the insufficiencies of service mode being monotonous,patients having limited knowledge of acup-moxibustion,application of multiple acup-moxibustion therapies being weakened,acup-moxibustion facilities falling behind,and lacking of high-quality evidence,guideline,golden standard for the clinical trial of acup-moxibustion.It is suggested that the innovations of medical service mode of acup-moxibustion should be based on the measurements of expanding the specific indications of acup-moxibustion and the application of specific acup-moxibustion technique,promoting the popular science propaganda,strengthening the research and development of acupmoxibustion facilities and training of talents,and increasing the scientific research capacity for acup-moxibustion.
