摘  要:对高炉炉缸气隙存在的实例、炉缸气隙的危害、炉缸气隙的形成机理及炉缸气隙的防治等问题进行了探讨。认为:①炉缸气隙对炉缸传热体系影响巨大,是炉缸炭砖温度异常的重要原因之一;②在炉缸积水情况下,水受热汽化容易导致界面压力上升,挤压产生气隙;③施工要控制好捣打料的施工质量,捣打后体积密度>1.65 g/cm^3,要求炭捣料导热系数最好要达到18W/(m·K)左右,最好不应小于8W/(m·K)。The existence of the air gap at BF hearth,its harmful influence and formation mechanism as well as the corresponding measures for prevention and control are analyzed.It is believed that:(1)air gap in the hearth affects the heat transfer system of the hearth significantly,and it is one of the major causes of abnormal temperature rise of the hearth carbon brick;(2)vaporization of water will boost pressure at interface in case of water accumulation,resulting in occurrence of air gap;(3)the ramming material shall be controlled adequately during construction to ensure its bulk density>1.65 g/cm^3,and the heat conductivity of the carbon ramming material is required to be around 18W/(m·K),not less than W/(m·K)preferably.
