摘 要:目的观察无规律运动习惯,但体力活动水平不同的女性肠道菌群的差异。方法选取18~40岁女性受试者40人,采用国际体力活动问卷和食物频率问卷分别调查受试者体力活动水平和饮食情况,将受试者分为静坐少动组(20人)和体力活动组(20人)。采用Cortex心肺功能测试仪测试VO2max。收集受试者的粪便样本,通过Illumina Hiseq平台进行16SrDNA V4区测序检测肠道菌群。结果两组受试者基本身体情况和饮食差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。体力活动组的每周体力活动水平和VO2max明显高于静坐少动组的每周体力活动水平和VO2max(P<0.001)。两组间肠道菌群的Alpha多样性指数和Beta多样性指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。静坐少动组的变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、理研菌科(Rikenellaceae)和紫单胞菌科(Porphyromonadaceae)、瘤胃球菌属(Ruminococcus)和Parabacteroides的丰度明显高于体力活动组(P<0.05)。结论适当增加体力活动能够优化肠道菌群结构,对健康产生积极作用。Objective To observe the differences of gut microbiota in women with different levels of physical activity and irregular exercise habits.Methods Forty female aged 18 to 40 were selected as the test subjects.According to the investigation of the physical activity levels and the diets using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire and the Food Frequency Questionnaire,the subjects were divided into sedentary group(n=20)and active group(n=20).VO2 maxwas tested by German Cortex cardiopulmonary function tester.The stool samples of the subjects were collected and the 16 SrDNA V4 region of the gut microbiota was sequenced by the Illumina Hiseq platform.Results There were no significant differences in the basic physical condition and diet between the two groups(P>0.05).The weekly physical activity level and the VO2 maxin active group were significantly higher than those of the sedentary group(P<0.001).There were no significant differences in the Alpha diversity index and the Beta diversity index between the two groups(P >0.05).The abundances of Proteobacteria,Rikenellaceae,Porphyromonadaceae,Ruminococcus and Parabacteroides of sedentary group were significantly higher than those of the activity group(P<0.05).Conclusion Appropriately increasing the physical activity can optimize the composition of the gut microbiota and have a positive effect on health.
