山东省老年人养老意愿及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解山东省老年人养老意愿及影响因素。方法采用多阶段随机抽样的方法选取山东省6997例老年人,以Anderson行为模型为理论框架,利用二元logistic回归模型,将倾向、使能、需求三类因素分层纳入模型分析老年人养老意愿的影响因素。结果山东省老年人选择家庭养老、社区居家养老和机构养老比例分别为89.1%、2.7%和8.2%;模型1~3的χ~2值和决定系数R^2均逐步增大;女性、年龄低、文化程度高、目前有工作或退休金、收入水平高、城镇、东部地区、生活自理能力差、孤独感强烈的老年人倾向于选择社会化养老方式(P<0.05)。结论家庭养老是山东省老年人首选的养老方式;老年人养老意愿受多种因素的影响,建议除加强家庭养老的作用外,还应根据老年人差异合理配置养老资源。Objective To understand the influential factors about the preference for old-age support among Shandong Province elder people.Methods Totally 6997 elderly in Shandong Province were selected.Stratified multi-stage random sampling was applied.This study adopted the Anderson model as the framework.The binary logistic regression model has been used for analysis,the tendency,enabling factors,and demand variables have been put into the models to explore the influential factors of the preference for old-age support.Results The percentage of elderly people who would like to live with home support,community-based support at home,o rganization support were 89.1%,2.7%and 8.2%in Shandong Province elderly.The coefficient R2 theχ2 of model 1~3 are gradually increased.Elderly women,low age,high education level,current work or pension,high income,urban,eastern regions,poor self-care ability,and high loneliness tend to choose social pension(P<0.05).Conclusion Home pension is the first choice for the elderly in Shandong Province.Elderly willingness is affected by a variety of factors.It is suggested that in addition to strengthening the role of family pension,elderly should be allocated pension resources reasonably according to their differences.
