摘　　要：高校图书馆义务馆员制度是图书馆文化培养人才的重要实践途径,在实现对大学生义务馆员道德素质、职业能力、实践能力培养功能的同时,也是自我完善的过程。文章对高校图书馆义务馆员制度培养人才的各项功能进行了分析,使图书馆自身的制度管理和馆员全面素质在互动中得到提升。The librarian system of the university library is an important practical way to train the talents in the library,and it is also the process of self-perfection in the realization of the function of the moral quality, the professional ability and the practical ability of the college students. The article analyses the functions of the university library’s obligation librarian system, and makes the system management of the library itself and the overall quality of the librarian to be promoted in the interaction.
