穴位贴敷联合胡氏定喘汤加减治疗小儿急性喘息性支气管炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察清肺贴穴位贴敷联合胡氏定喘汤内服治疗小儿急性喘息性支气管炎的临床效果.[方法]将100例急性喘息性支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各50例.对照组给予单纯西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组西医常规治疗的基础上,给予清肺贴穴位贴敷(取穴:肺俞、天突、膻中)联合胡氏定喘汤内服治疗,疗程为5d.观察2组患儿咳嗽、咯痰及肺部啰音等临床症状体征的消失时间,评价2组患儿的疗效和安全性.[结果](1)治疗5d后,治疗组的总有效率为98.0%,对照组为94.0%,治疗组的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(2)治疗组患儿的咳嗽、咯痰及肺部啰音等症状体征消失时间均较对照组明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01).(3)观察过程中,2组患儿均未出现严重不良反应情况.[结论]清肺贴穴位贴敷联合胡氏定喘汤治疗小儿急性喘息性支气管炎疗效满意,可明显改善症状,缩短病程,且均未出现明显不良反应,易为患儿和家长接受.Objective To observe the effect of Qingfei Plaster acupoint application combined with oral use of Hu’s Dingchuan Decoction for the treatment of pediatric acute asthmatic bronchitis.Methods One hundred acute asthmatic bronchitis children were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment alone,and the treatment group was treated by application with Qingfei Plaster on the point of Feishu(BL13),Tiantu(CV22)and Danzhong(CV23)plus oral use of Hu’s Dingchuan Decoction based on the treatment for the control group.The treatment for the two groups lasted 5 days.The time for the disappearance of the clinical symptoms and signs of cough,expectoration and pulmonary rales was observed for the evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety in the two groups.Results(1)After treatment for 5 d,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 98.0%,higher than that in the control group(94.9%),the difference being significant between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)The time for the disappearance of the clinical symptoms and signs of cough,expectoration and pulmonary rales was shortened in the treatment group compared with that in the control group(P<0.01).(3)During the trial,no severe adverse reaction was found in the two groups.Conclusion Qingfei Plaster acupoint application combined with oral use of Hu’s Dingchuan Decoction is effective for the treatment of pediatric acute asthmatic bronchitis by obviously relieving the symptoms and shortening the course of disease,and the therapy is safe and with good compliance.
