定喘汤加减联合穴位贴敷治疗慢阻肺急性加重期的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察西医常规治疗基础上联用定喘汤加减联合穴位贴敷治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)的临床疗效.[方法]将AECOPD患者80例随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例.对照组患者给予西医常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上予以定喘汤加减联合穴位贴敷治疗,比较2组患者临床疗效及治疗前后各症状改善程度、感染指标[白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞百分比(N%)及C反应蛋白(CRP)]变化情况.[结果](1)观察组总有效率为92.50%,对照组为75.00%.观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).(2)治疗10 d后,2组患者的各项症状均有改善,且观察组咳嗽、咯痰、喘促及哮鸣音的改善程度显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).(3)治疗前,2组患者各项感染指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗10 d后,2组患者各项感染指标均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组在改善各项感染指标方面明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]定喘汤联合穴位敷贴能够提升AECOPD患者治疗效果,有效缓解临床症状并控制感染.Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Dingchuan Decoction combined with acupoint application for the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods Eighty AECOPD patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine western medicine treatment,and the patients in the observation group received modified Dingchuan Decoction combined with acupoint application based on the treatment for the control group.The clinical efficacy,improvement degree of all symptoms before and after treatment,and infection indexes including white blood cell(WBC)count,neutrophile granulocyte percent(N%)and C reactive protein(CRP)were compared between the two groups.Results(1)The total effective rate was 92.50%in the observation group and was 75.00%in the control group,and the curative efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).(2)After 10 days of treatment,all symptoms in the two groups were improved,and the improvement in cough,expectoration,asthma and wheezing of the observation group was superior to that of the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).(3)Before treatment,the differences in all the infection indexes between the two groups were insignificant(P>0.05).After 10 days of treatment,all the infection indexes in the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Dingchuan Decoction combined with acupoint application can promote the clinical effect for the AECOPD patients,and can effectively alleviate their clinical symptoms and control the infection.
