基于肌筋膜经线理论手法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察应用肌筋膜经线理论进行手法治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效.[方法]将60例单侧第三腰椎横突综合征患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例.对照组采用传统手法,观察组以肌筋膜经线理论确定治疗部位.于治疗前和治疗7 d和21 d后行Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)评分和肌张力测试.[结果](1)研究过程中,观察组脱落1例,对照组脱落2例.最终观察组29例,对照组28例完成统计.(2)治疗7 d和21 d后,2组患者的ODI评分明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗7 d后,观察组的改善作用优于对照组(P<0.05).(3)2组患者左右双侧肌张力治疗后均明显改善(P<0.05),但与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).[结论]应用肌筋膜经线理论治疗第三腰椎横突综合征能有效改善腰椎功能,短期疗效优于传统手法.Objective To observe the clinical effect of massage therapy based on Myofascial meridian theory for the treatment of the third lumbar vertebra transverse process syndrome.Methods Sixty patients with lumbar transverse process syndrome were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group received Conventional manipulation,and the observation group received massage therapy based on myofasical meridian theory.The Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores and muscle tension value were measured before treatment and after 7-day and 21-day treatment.Results(1)During the trial,one case dropped out from the observation group,and 2 cases from the control group.Ultimately,29 cases in the observation group and 28 cases in the control group completed the trial.(2)After 7-day and 21-day treatment,ODI scores were improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and after 7-day treatment,the improvement in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).(3)The muscle tension value was improved in the two groups(P<0.05 compared with that before treatment),but there was no significant difference in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of myofascial meridian theory for the treatment of the third lumbar vertebra transverse process syndrome has an effect on improving the function of lumbar vertebra,and short-term clinical effect is superior to that of conventional methods.
