李云英辨治小儿喉乳头状瘤经验

摘　　要：李云英教授认为小儿喉乳头状瘤为本虚标实之证,脾虚、痰凝、邪毒为其发病的重要因素,临床治疗以健脾化痰、散结解毒为基本治则;其组方散结之力强,多联合运用消肿散结、化痰散结、理气散结、解毒散结、软坚散结等中药.常用药物有茯苓、白术、太子参、黄芪、陈皮、法半夏、玄参、浙贝母、桔梗、鳖甲、猫爪草、白花蛇舌草、僵蚕、板蓝根、甘草等.Professor LI Yun-Ying believes that laryngeal papillomatosis in children can be differentiated into the syndrome of deficiency in the origin and excess in the superficiality,and spleen deficiency,phlegm accumulation,and toxic pathogen are the primary etiological factors of laryngeal papillomatosis in children.Therefore,invigorating spleen and dissolving phlegm,and dissipating mass and removing toxin are the therapeutic principle for laryngeal papillomatosis in children;during the prescription for laryngeal papillomatosis in children,the therapy of dissipating mass should be stressed,which can be achieved by combined usage of herbs with the actions of alleviating swelling and dissipating mass,dissolving phlegm and dissipating mass,regulating Qi and dissipating mass,removing toxin and dissipating mass,and softening hardness and dissipating mass.The commonly-used herbs for the treatment of laryngeal papillomatosis in children are Poria,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Radix Pseudostellariae,Radix Astragali,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Rhizoma Pinelliae Preparatum,Radix Scrophulariae,Bulbus Fritillariae Thunbergii,Radix Platycodonis,Carapax Trionycis,Radix Ranunculi Ternati,Herba Hedyotis Diffusae,Bombyx Batryticatus,Radix Isatidis,Radix Glycyrrhizae,etc..
