摘　　要：总结潘俊辉教授从"肾虚证"诊治慢性咳喘性疾病的经验."肾虚"是慢性咳喘发展到中后期或长期西医干预后的重要证候,也是中医治疗慢性咳喘性疾病取效的突破点.在临证辨析中,需从中医的望闻问切出发,抓住临床表现的细节,确定"肾虚"证候,并对"肾不纳气"证候的病机进行分析.认为"肾不纳气"可分为肺肾气虚(阳虚)之肾不纳气及肾中阴虚阳浮之肾不纳气,肺肾气虚(阳虚)之肾不纳气治疗以肺肾双补、降肺纳气为法,常用人参、海马、海龙等药;肾中阴虚阳浮之肾不纳气治疗主要以补肾滋阴、纳气归元为法,多采用山茱萸、五味子等药.This paper introduced professor PAN Jun-Hui’s clinical experience in treating chronic dyspneic cough on the basis of kidney-deficiency syndrome differentiation.Kidney-deficiency is the result of the development of middle-late stage of chronic dyspneic cough and the long-term intervention of western medicine,which is also the breakthrough point of achieving therapeutic effect for chronic dyspneic cough.In clinic,the practitioners should pay more attention to the four diagnostic methods of inspection,auscultation-olfaction,interrogation(history taking),and palpation(including pulse taking),and analyze the details of clinical manifestations,so as to confirm the syndrome of kidney deficiency.The pathogenesis of kidney failing in receiving Qi was also analyzed.It is believed that kidney failing in receiving Qi results from lung-kidney Qi or Yang deficiency,or kidney-Yin deficiency inducing kidney Yang floating upward,which can be treated by therapy of tonifying lung and kidney simultaneously and directing lung Qi to ensure kidney receiving Qi with herbs such as Radix Ginseng,Hippocampus,and Syngnathus,or by therapy of tonifying kidney and nourishing Yin,and receiving Qi in kidney with herbs such as Fructus Corni and Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis.
