基于2015年版《中国药典》解析常用中药药性特征

摘　　要：以2015年版《中国药典(一部)》,即《中华人民共和国药典(一部)》为蓝本,对所收载的619种中药药材和饮片的性味、归经与功效特征深入分析.结果表明,所载的619种中药药材总体上以温、寒与平性药物占比最多;苦、甘和辛味是其主要性味;归肝、肺、胃经药物最多,其次是归脾、肾、心经的中药;收录"有大毒"中药10种,"有毒"中药42种,"有小毒"中药31种.并对中药的"功效"从中医病因病理因素、气血阴阳津精基础物质、藏象及其络属、经络筋骨等方面进行详尽解析,以期全面认识与深刻理解传统中药药性,指导临床更好地择药组方,提高中医药辨证论治的临床疗效.Based on the Part One of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015 Edition),an investigation was carried out in the 619 herbs for the analysis of their property and flavor,meridian tropism,and efficacy.The results showed that in the 619 herbs,warm,cold,and neutral properties are commonly seen,and bitter,sweet,and pungent are the primary flavors;most of the herbs have the meridian tropism of liver,lung,and stomach,and some of the herbs have the meridian tropism of spleen,kidney,and heart.Of the 619 herbs,10 herbs are extremely poisonous,42 are moderately poisonous,and 31 are slightly poisonous.Moreover,the efficacy of the herbs are analyzed from the aspects of etiological factors,essence of Qi and blood,Yin and Yang and body fluid,viscera and their manifestation as well as their related meridians,channels and collaterals as well as tendons and bones.It is expected to give a comprehensive explanation of the property and flavor of the herbs,so as to guide the selection of proper herbs and the establishment of effective prescriptions,and to enhance the clinical efficacy of syndrome differentiation and treatment with traditional Chinese medicine.
