摘 要:采用Pro/E软件建立了涡旋压缩机动涡旋盘实体模型,运用Workbench分析软件分别对铸铁、铸铝、铸铜3种材料在气体力和温度场共同作用下进行应变分析;分析结果表明:动盘在排气口的涡齿齿根处应力与变形最大,并且3种材料的最大应力都远小于它们各自的屈服强度,最大变形量也基本相同。该分析结果为后续涡旋盘的选材提供了理论依据。The 3D models of orbiting scroll disc of scroll compressor were built using the Pro/E software.The strain analysis of cast iron,cast aluminium and cast copper under the combined action of gas force and temperature field was carried out by using Workbench analysis software.The results show that the stress and deformation of the moving disc at the root of vortex teeth of exhaust port are the largest,and the maximum stress of the three materials are far less than their respective yield strength,and the maximum deformation is similar.The analysis results provide a theoretical basis for the selection of the following scrolls.
