摘  要:压缩空气通常需要压缩空气干燥器除水,而绝大多数又是使用冷冻式压缩空气干燥器(简称:冷干机)。由于冷干机的除水依赖制冷系统,制冷系统在生产中需要检漏来把关。而冷干机的制冷系统传统检漏工艺(氮气保压及水检)已经远远不能适应现代工业的要求和发展,冷干机生产需要新的检漏工艺。Compressed air usually requires a compressed air dryer to remove water,and most of them use a refrigerated compressed air dryer which referred to cold dryer.Since the water removal of the dryer depends on the refrigeration system,and the refrigeration system needs to be checked for leaks during production.The traditional leak detection process(nitrogen pressure and water inspection)of the refrigeration system of the cold dryer is far from being able to meet the requirements and development of modern industry.The production of cold dryer requires a new leak detection process.
