摘  要:采用液相还原法制备两种不同粒径大小的Cu-Co合金粉末,采用真空热压技术制备合金块体,借助电化学手段,通过测量E-t曲线、动电位极化曲线以及交流阻抗谱研究在0.5mol/LHCl溶液中两种粒径大小合金的腐蚀性能。研究结果表明:纳米晶Cu-50Co合金与常规尺寸Cu-50Co合金相比,腐蚀电流密度较小、电荷传递电阻较大、具有较好的耐蚀性能。Two kinds of Cu-50 Co alloy powders with different particle sizes were prepared by liquid phase reduction method, and the corresponding bulk alloys were prepared in vacuum by hot pressing technique. The corrosion properties of two Cu-50 Co alloys with different particle sizes in 0.5 mol/L HCl solution were studied by measuring E-t curve, potentiodynamic polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The results showed that, compared with the corresponding coarse grained Cu-50 Co alloy, the nanocrystalline Cu-50 Co alloy had lower corrosion current density, higher charge transfer resistance, and better corrosion resistance.
