摘 要:影响煤炭燃烧过程中固硫效率的条件较多,主要针对原煤中全硫、固硫剂种类、钙硫摩尔比三个因素,以提高固硫率为试验指标进行三因素五水平正交试验。将煤样和固硫剂按照既定的正交表进行混合,按照国标(GB/T 212-2008)进行灰样的制备,采用库伦滴定法分别测定煤样和灰样中的硫,分别采用极差分析法和方差分析法对试验结果进行处理。试验结果表明:原煤中全硫是影响固硫率的主要因素,固硫剂种类对固硫率的影响最小,最优水平为原煤中全硫为1.48、固硫剂为Ca(OH)2、钙硫摩尔比为1.1,固硫率可达到69.60%,满足陕西省洁净煤地方标准要求(甲类地区固硫率大于50%)。There are many conditions affecting the sulfur fixation efficiency in coal combustion process. Three factors and five levels orthogonal test was carried out to improve the sulfur fixation efficiency, mainly aiming at the three factors of total sulfur in raw coal, the types of sulfur fixing agents and the molar ratio of calcium to sulfur. Coal samples and sulfur fixing agents were mixed according to the established orthogonal table, and ash samples were prepared according to the national standard(GB/T 212-2008). Sulfur contents in coal samples and ash samples were determined by Coulometric titration, and the test results were processed by range analysis and variance analysis. The results showed that the total sulfur in raw coal was the main factor affecting the sulfur fixation rate, and the type of sulfur fixing agent had the smallest effect on the sulfur fixation rate. The optimum conditions were as follows: the total sulfur in raw coal 1.48, the sulphur fixing agent Ca(OH)2 and the molar ratio of calcium to sulphur 1.1. under above condions,the sulfur fixation rate reached 69.60%, which met the local standard requirements of clean briquette in Shaanxi province(sulfur fixation rate in Class A area is more than 50%).
