摘　　要：恶性肿瘤目前已成为严重威胁人类身心健康的重大疾病之一。现代临床实践表明,从药用植物和海洋生物等天然产物中提取的活性成分,如萜类、生物碱类、多糖类、挥发油类和多肽类等均能有效抑制肿瘤细胞生长。本文将近几年天然产物抗肿瘤的活性成分进行归纳并阐明其相关的作用机制,以期为抗肿瘤天然药物的进一步开发提供理论依据。Tumor,especially malignant tumor has become one of the major diseases,a serious threat to the health of people around the world.Modern clinical practice shows that the natural active products extracted from traditional Chinese medicine,marine medicine and other natural drugs,such as terpenes,alkaloids,polysaccharides,volatile oils and peptides,can effectively inhibit the growth of tumor cells.In this paper,the active components of natural antitumor products in recent years were summarized and their related mechanism was elucidated,so as to provide theoretical basis for the further development of natural antitumor drugs.
