摘 要:仔猪黄痢是大肠杆菌引发的肠道细菌性疾病,又被称为早发性大肠杆菌病,有较高的发病率和死亡率。2019年3月,通辽市某猪场发生一起以急性腹泻、排水样黄色粪便、肠粘膜急性卡他性炎症、消瘦、脱水为典型症状的传染病。通过细菌分离、涂片染色镜检、生化鉴定、分离菌16sRNA PCR检测和药敏试验,确诊该病例为大肠杆菌引起的仔猪黄痢。通过进行治疗以及采取综合防治措施后,得到了有效的控制。Yellow dysentery of piglets is an intestinal bacterial disease caused by Escherichia coli,also known as early-onset colibacillosis,which has a high incidence and mortality.In March 2019,an infectious disease characterized by acute diarrhea,drainage yellow feces,acute catarrhal inflammation,emaciation and dehydration occurred in a pig farm in Tongliao City.Through bacterial isolation,bacterial staining,biochemical identification,16sRNA PCR detection and drug sensitivity test,the case was diagnosed as yellow diarrhea caused by E.coli in piglets.Obvious curative effect was obtained after treatment and comprehensive prevention and treatment measures were taken.
