补脾益肠丸联合奥替溴铵治疗肠易激综合征的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨补脾益肠丸联合奥替溴铵片治疗肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法选取2016年12月-2018年12月西安交通大学第二附属医院收治的120例肠易激综合征患者为研究对象,将所有患者采用抽签方式均分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例。对照组患者口服奥替溴铵片,80 mg/次,2次/d;治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上口服补脾益肠丸,1袋/次,3次/d。两组患者均接受治疗4周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的临床症状缓解时间、血清炎性因子水平、生化指标水平。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为81.67%、95.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者腹痛消失时间、腹泻消失时间、腹胀消失时间均显著短于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者IL-8、IL-6和TNF-α水平均显著降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且治疗组患者IL-8、IL-6和TNF-α水平均明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者血浆SS、VIP和MTL水平均明显降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且治疗组患者血浆SS、VIP和MTL水平均明显低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补脾益肠丸联合奥替溴铵片治疗肠易激综合征具有较好的治疗效果,能缓解临床症状,降低血清炎性因子和生化指标水平,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Bupi Yichang Pills combined with Otilonium Bromide Tablets in treatment of irritable bowel syndrome. Methods Patients(120 cases) with irritable bowel syndrome in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University from December 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 60 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Otilonium Bromide Tablets, 80 mg/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Bupi Yichang Pills on the basis of the control group, 1 bag/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and clinical symptom remission time, serum levels of inflammatory factors, and biochemical indexes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 81.67% and 95.00%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the disappearance time of abdominal pain, diarrhea and distension in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group, and there was difference between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-8, IL-6, and TNF-α in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group(P < 0.05). And the serum levels of inflammatory factors in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of SS, VIP, and MTL in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group(P < 0.05). And the biochemical indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups(P < 0.05).
