摘  要:金属材料拉伸试验是材料力学性能检测中最基本的试验方法。国标GB/T 228.1-2010中对于试样夹持部分的长度如何选择没有具体规定或建议。本文主要从试样夹持头部的不同长度出发,研究对金属材料力学性能指标的影响。结果表明:在材料不具有明显下屈服强度时,用非比例延伸强度代替下屈服强度时,一定要保证试样的夹持头部的有效长度,对于标准试样直径?10 mm的圆棒拉伸试样建议头部夹持有效长度尺寸h≥20 mm。The tensile test of metal materials is the most basic test method for testing mechanical properties of materials. There is no specific regulation or suggestion on how to choose the length of sample clamping part in GB/T 228.1-2010. In this paper, the influence of the different lengths of the clamping head on the mechanical properties of metal materials is studied. The results show that the effective length of the clamping head of the sample must be ensured when the material have no obvious lower yield strength and the non-proportional extension strength is used instead of the lower yield strength. For the standard specimen with diameter of ?10 mm, the effective length h of the clamping head should be ≥ 20 mm.
