基于初始信任的工程总承包项目资格预审指标设置研究

摘　　要：目前工程总承包项目更需要发包人选择一个值得信任的总承包人,且已有的工程总承包招标资格预审指标体系难以满足发包人对总承包人初始信任的需求。根据已有初始信任来源的研究,确定中国情境下三大初始信任来源及传递维度,即计算型、关系型与制度型信任。利用文献勾选等质性研究方法识别出与初始信任维度相对应的工程总承包项目资格预审指标,借助AHP方法确定指标权重,并以地铁工程总承包项目为例进行指标设置应用。为重构基于信任的工程总承包项目承包人选择机制及改善工程总承包招投标制度提供了参考。At present,it is more necessary for the owner to choose a trustworthy general contractor for the general contracting project.However,it is difficult for the existing prequalification index system of the general contracting bidding to meet the need of owner for initial trust in the general contractor.Based on the existing studies on sources of initial trust,this study determined three initial sources of trust and transmission dimensions in Chinese context,namely,calculus-based trust,guanxi-based trust and Institution-based trust.Qualitative research methods such as literature check were used to identify prequalification indexes of general contracting projects that are corresponded to the dimension of initial trust.The weight of indexes was determined by using AHP method,and the general contracting projects of subway projects were taken as an example for index setting and application.This study provides a reference for reconstructing the selection mechanism of the general contractor based on trust and improving the bidding system of the general contractor.
