摘  要:目的建立同时测定鼻炎类滴鼻液中非法添加的盐酸萘甲唑啉、盐酸羟甲唑啉、盐酸赛洛唑啉3种拟肾上腺素类药物的液质联用分析方法。方法色谱柱为Waters BEH C18柱(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm);流动相A为乙腈(含0.1%甲酸),流动相B为水(含0.1%甲酸),梯度洗脱;流速为0.3mL·min-1;采用电喷雾正离子模式电离,多反应监测模式进行检测。结果盐酸萘甲唑啉、盐酸羟甲唑啉、盐酸赛洛唑啉分别在1.07~107.25 ng·mL^-1(r=0.9994)、1.03~103.16 ng·mL^-1(r=0.9991)、1.06~106.33 ng·mL^-1(r=0.9992)内与峰面积线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为94.8%、99.3%、97.0%,RSD分别为2.0%、2.4%、2.8%。结论该方法简便快速,定性定量准确,灵敏度高,可用于鼻炎类滴鼻液中非法添加拟肾上腺素类药物的检测。Objective To develop an ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method to determine naphazoline hydrochloride,oxymetazoline hydrochloride,and xylometazoline hydrochloride added illegally in nasal drops for rhinitis.Methods The chromatographic separation of the analytes was performed on Waters BEH C18 column(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7μm)using an acetonitrile(0.1%formic acid)-aqueous(0.1%formic acid)as the mobile phase with gradient elution at the flow rate of 0.3 mL·min-1.The detection was performed by ESI positive ion mode under multiple reaction monitoring mode.Results Naphazoline hydrochloride,oxymetazoline hydrochloride,and xylometazoline hydrochloride were linear at 1.07-107.25 ng·mL^-1(r=0.9994),1.03-103.16 ng·mL^-1(r=0.9991),and 1.06-106.33 ng·mL^-1(r=0.9992),respectively.The average recoveries were 94.8%,99.3%,and 97.0%,and the RSD were 2.0%,2.4%,and 2.8%,respectively.Conclusion The method presents convenience,accuracy and sensitivity,which can be applied for the determination of pseudoepinephrines added illegally in nasal drops for rhinitis.
