摘　　要：以铝合金门板为例,通过有限元软件AutoForm进行分析,得出铝合金覆盖件成形的特点和要求,并通过回弹分析和实际现场验证确认了分析条件的合理性,为汽车外覆盖件采用铝合金材料成形提供了参考。Taking the aluminium alloy door outer panel as an example, the finite element software AutoForm was used to analyze and the forming characteristics and requirements of aluminium alloy cover panel were obtained. The rationality of the analysis conditions was confirmed by springback analysis and actual field verification. It provided references for the automobile outer panels used aluminum alloy materials.
