摘　　要：以汽车储物抽屉为例,通过分析其使用及外观功能等特点,介绍了其模具浇注系统、侧抽芯结构、冷却系统以及二次顶出系统、预变形结构等设计。实践证明模具结构可靠,注射成型的塑件尺寸稳定,外观质量满足客户需求。Taking an automobile storage drawer as an example, based on the analysis of the use and appearance features, the gating system, side core-pulling structure, cooling system and twice ejection system of injection mould were designed. The practice proved that the mould structure was reliable, and the size of moulding plastics was stable, which appearance quality met the customer demand.
