摘　　要：新媒体技术的发展让人们的学习变得更加智能和便捷,英语学习迈进了移动时代。各种英语学习APP应运而生,成为新媒体技术下信息转播的主要渠道,其中影响力最大的要数"友邻优课"APP。该APP的成功推广给传统的国际传播人才培养带来了启示和借鉴。With the development of new media technology, people’s learning has become more intelligent and convenient, and English learning has entered the mobile era. A variety of English learning APP emerged as the times require and became the main channel of information transmission under the new media technology. Among them, the most influential one is "Friends and Neighbors Course" APP. The successful promotion of the APP has brought inspiration and reference to the traditional training of international communication talents.
