染纱废水处理及膜回用工程实例

摘  要:采用“初沉池+接触氧化+好氧生化+超滤+反渗透+混凝气浮”的组合工艺处理染纱废水,工程实际运行结果显示:进水CODCr≤800 mg/L,SS≤200 mg/L,色度≤400倍,电导率≤3000μS/cm,外排出水(RO浓水)CODCr≤180 mg/L,SS≤80 mg/L,色度≤60倍,膜清水CODCr≤15 mg/L,色度≤2.0倍,电导率≤200μS/cm,达到当地环保间接排放要求,且膜处理回用率可达到70%以上。Dyeing wastewater is treated by a combined process of primary sedimentation tank+contact oxidation+aerobic biochemistry+ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis+coagulation air flotation.The operation results show that at the qualities of water inlets within CODCr of 800 mg/L,SS(suspended solids)of 200 mg/L,chrominance of 400 times and conductivity of 3000μS/cm,after treatment,the water outlet(RO concentrated water)indicators feature CODCr lower than 180 mg/L,SS lower than 80 mg/L,chromi nance lower than 60 times,the membrane water indicators of CODCr lower than 15 mg/L,chrominance lower than 2.0 times and conductivity lower than 200μS/cm,which can meet the local environmental in direct emission requirements with the membrane treatment rate more than 70%.
