摘 要:目的:以医院全面质控管理为契机,进一步落实三甲医院功能定位,提高医疗服务质量和效率,推进分级诊疗制度。方法:升级基础设施建设、引进学科带头人,强化专业基础建设和培育行业排头兵、加强科研教学水平、开展"优青"培养项目、开展合作医院项目;加强重点科室关键岗位管控、规范诊疗行为,优化就诊流程、严格执行各项核心医疗制度、坚持全面质控检查、优化综合目标和绩效考核,不断提升信息化在全面质控中的引领作用。结果:形成了医疗质量、护理质量、医技质量、设备质量、消防安全质量、后勤保障质量等全方位的日常管理,最终达到全面质控常态化、规范化、科学化的管理理念,为医院内涵建设和外延发展起到举足轻重的作用。结论:实施全面医疗质量管理,必定是一个长期化的PDCA持续改进过程,要不断引进新理念、新思维,保障医院的可持续发展。Objective To take the opportunity of comprehensive quality control management of the hospital to further implement the function positioning of third-class a hospitals, improve the quality and efficiency of medical service, and promote the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system. Methods From upgrading infrastructure construction, introducing academic leaders, strengthening professional infrastructure construction and cultivating industry leaders, strengthening scientific research and teaching level, carrying out "excellent youth" training project, carrying out cooperative hospital project;To strengthen the management and control of key posts in key departments, standardize the behavior of diagnosis and treatment, optimize the treatment process, strictly implement the core medical system, adhere to the comprehensive quality control inspection, optimize the comprehensive objectives and performance assessment, and constantly improve the leading role of information in the comprehensive quality control. Results The comprehensive daily management of medical quality, nursing quality, medical technology quality, equipment quality, fire safety quality and logistics quality was formed, and finally the management concept of comprehensive quality control was normalized, standardized and scientific, which played a decisive role in the connotation construction and extension development of the hospital. Conclusion The implementation of comprehensive medical quality management must be a long-term PDCA continuous improvement process, to introduce new ideas, new thinking, to ensure the sustainable development of hospitals.
