摘 要:采用共沉淀法制备用于甘油氢解制备1,2-丙二醇的Cu-ZnO-Al2O3催化剂,考察了不同沉淀剂对催化性能的影响。结果表明,以Na OH+Na2CO3为沉淀剂制备的Cu-ZnO-Al2O3催化剂具有较高的催化活性,在温度210℃、压力5 MPa的条件下反应12 h,甘油转化率达到98. 3%,1,2-丙二醇的选择性为93. 1%,催化剂重复使用5次依然具有较高的活性。利用BET、XRD、H2-TPR和NH3-TPD分析手段对催化剂进行表征,结果发现不同沉淀剂直接影响Cu-ZnO-Al2O3催化剂的物相结构、还原性质和表面酸性,并导致催化剂性能发生显著变化。CuO-ZnO-Al2O3 catalyst for glycerol hydrogenolysis to 1,2-propanediol(1,2-PDO) is prepared by coprecipitation method.The effects of different precipitants on the structure and catalytic performance of the catalyst are studied.The results show that the Cu-ZnO-Al2O3 catalyst with Na OH + Na2 CO3 as the precipitant exhibits a higher catalytic activity,over which the conversion of glycerol reaches 98. 3% and the selectivity of 1,2-PDO reaches 93. 1% at the reaction conditions of 210℃,5 MPa and 12 h.The catalyst can hold a high activity after five recycles of reaction.Its physical and chemical properties are characterized by means of BET,XRD,H2-TPR and NH3-TPD.It is shown different precipitants have obvious effects on the phase structure,reduction property and surface acidity of catalysts,and further leading to a great change in catalytic performances.
