摘  要:通过不同的载体合成钴基催化剂,并将其用于乙酰丙酸制备γ-戊内酯的加氢实验,以探究不同载体对钴金属加氢催化的影响。利用比表面积测试仪、X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜和NH3-程序升温脱附等表征手段分析各类催化剂。通过加氢实验发现,除使用中性载体的Co/AC催化剂外,其余酸性载体的催化剂都展现出极高的转化率,表明钴基催化剂在此反应中的催化活性主要是源于金属钴颗粒与载体上的酸性位点的协同作用。To explore the effects of different carriers on catalytic performance of cobalt catalysts in hydrogenation,cobalt catalysts supported by various carriers are prepared and evaluated for the hydrogenation of levulinic acid to γ-valerolactone.N2-physisorption,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD),and temperature-programed desorption of ammonia(TPD-NH3) are employed to characterize these catalysts.All catalysts prepared give excellent conversion rate of levulinic acid except Co/AC,indicating that the catalytic activity of cobalt-based catalysts in such reaction is mainly due to the synergistic action between cobalt particles and acid sites on the carriers.
