摘  要:使用镁粉和氧化硼粉为原材料,通过自蔓延高温合成(SHS)辅助退火法制备出六方氮化硼(h-BN)材料。对产物的形貌、结构、物相、化学组成和光电性能进行表征分析。研究表明:BN样品呈新颖的花束纳米囊状分级结构,花束平均直径约为1μm。组成花束结构的每一个BN纳米锥为中空结构,平均长度和壁厚分别约为500和40nm,样品的光学带隙为5.62eV。对花束BN纳米囊分级结构的形成起关键影响作用的工艺参数是原料的配比。提出了花束BN纳米囊分级结构在制备过程中可能发生的化学反应过程及其生长机理。Flower-like boron nitride(BN) nano-capsules were prepared by self-propagation high-temperature synthesis and annealing route method using boron powder and magnesium powder as raw materials. The as-synthesized products were characterized conventionally. Characterization results indicated that the flower-like boron nitride nano-capsule hierarchical structures demonstrated hexagonal polycrystalline with an average diameter of about 1μm. And the BN nano-cones in the hierarchical structures revealed hollow morphology with an average length and wall thickness of 500 nm and 40 nm respectively. In addition, UV-Vis analysis indicated that the optical band gap of the sample was 5.62 eV. Besides, comparative experiment revealed that the raw material ratio palyed a significant role for growth of this novel h-BN hierarchical structures. Finally, based on the experiment results, the reasonable chemical reaction processes and the corresponding growth mechanism of the flower-like boron nitride nano-capsule hierarchical structures were also discussed.
