摘 要:通过高压静电纺丝法制备了含有Zn2+、Sn4+的聚丙烯腈(PAN)复合纳米球(nZn2+∶n Sn4+=1∶1),将该复合纳米球放入管式炉中进行煅烧,得到ZnO-SnO2复合纳米氧化物异质结构。利用多种表征方法对复合纳米物进行结构和形貌分析,证实了该异质结构中纳米粒子以ZnO-SnO2氧化物的形式存在。运用静电纺丝法将表面接枝环糊精(β-CD)的PAN-co-AAβ-共聚物与ZnO-SnO2复合纳米异质结构进行混合高压静电纺丝,最终得到ZnO-SnO2/β-CD/PAN-co-AA复合纳米纤维膜。实验确定了最佳的聚合反应条件,并对其结构进行表征。结构表征结果证实了该纳米纤维中ZnO-SnO2纳米复合氧化物异质小球的存在,该复合结构纤维表面的β-CD空腔结构可以吸附有机染料,有利于有机染料的光催化降解过程的进行。The PAN nanospheres containing Zn2 + and Sn4+(nZn2+∶n Sn4+=1∶1) were prepared by electrospinning, and the nanocomposite spheres were calcined in the tube furnace to prepare ZnO-SnO2 nanocomposites particles. The structure of ZnO-SnO2 nanocomposite particles were characterized conventionally. The results showed that the nanoparticles in the composite heterostructure were the form of ZnO-SnO2 oxide. The ZnO-SnO2/β-CD/PAN-co-AA nanocomposite fiberous film was prepared by electrospinning of ZnO-SnO2 nanocomposite particles and PAN-co-AA which bonded with β-CD. The existence of ZnO-SnO2 nanocomposite particles was confirmed by characterization. Experimental results showed that the β-CD cavity on the surface of the composite fiber can adsorb organic dyes, which was beneficial to the photocatalytic degradation of organic dyes.
