档案学专业创新创业教育的优化路径研究

摘　　要：开展创新创业教育是对档案学专业教育的有益补充,也是社会人才需求导向下的必然选择。本文结合作者创业经历,对档案学专业创新创业教育的成效及存在问题进行分析,在此基础上提出以解决"愿""能"问题为中心,着重开展"四个建设"的优化思路,进而设计出以按需定制为导向、全面实施分流培养的优化路径。Developing innovation and entrepreneurship education is a useful supplement to the professional education of archival sciences. And it is also an inevitable choice under the guidance of the demand for social talents. Based on the author’s entrepreneurial experience, this paper analyzes the effectiveness and existing problems of innovation and entrepreneurship education in archival professional education. Then, it propose to solve the problem of "willingness" and "energy" and focus on the optimization of "four constructions". And it designs an optimized process that is tailored to the students’ need to carry out the diffluence cultivation among archival students.
