摘　　要：文章回顾了中华人民共和国成立以来公安档案管理的政策与法规,从户籍和居民个人信息、巩固国家政权和稳定社会秩序、公安档案管理以及其他公安法规中涉及档案工作的条款等四个方面进行了系统梳理,勾勒出公安档案管理政策与法规发展演变的历史轨迹,并且展望了我国公安档案管理未来的发展趋势,包括加强综合性公安档案管理政策与法规建设、制定公安档案数据共享的政策与法规、大力开展科研工作并加大投入力度等。This article reviews Public Security archives regulations and policies since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, systematically sorting out four aspects: household registration and personal information of residents, consolidation of state power and stable social order, management of Public Security archives, and other provisions concerning archival work in Public Security regulations. Also it looks forward to the future development trend: strengthen the construction of comprehensive Public Security archives policies and regulations, formulate Public Security archives data sharing policies and regulations, vigorously carry out scientific research work and increase investment.
