摘 要:优质高等院校分布的地区差异、招生的地区差异、生源的城乡差异、生源的阶层差异等因素决定了优质高等教育机会的公平性。值得关注的是,优质高等教育机会公平与共享发展之间具有内在的逻辑关系。促进优质高等教育机会公平不仅有利于落实共享发展理念,而且对实现共享发展的关键领域具有重要影响,如教育、就业、收入、脱贫攻坚、乡村振兴、青年人的自由全面发展等领域。Equitable opportunity of high-quality higher education is determined by the regional differences in distribution and enrollment, student sources in urban or rural areas and the social class of students. It is worth noting that there is an inherent logical relationship between the equitable opportunity for high-quality higher education and the shared development. Equitable opportunity for high-quality higher education is not only conducive to the implementation of the concept of shared development, but also has an important impact on key areas of shared development, such as education, employment, income, poverty reduction, rural revitalization, and the development of young people.
