摘  要:测试了系列板厚10Ni5CrMoV钢的Z向的冲击功,对其断口形貌进行了SEM观察,采用TEM对微观结构进行了分析。结果表明:随着板厚的增加,钢板心部的M23C6析出相增大增多,导致Z向冲击功降低。The Z-direction impact energies of a series of 10Ni5CrMoV steels with different plate thicknesses were tested. The fracture morphologies were observed by SEM, and microstructures were analyzed by TEM. The results show that with the increasing of the plate thickness, the number and the size of precipited phase of M23C6 in the core of the steel plate increase, which leads to the decreasing of Z-direction impact energy.
