摘 要:轴向型膨胀节是管道中常用的重要部件之一,当管道由于空间有限无法实现热位移的自然补偿时,轴向型膨胀节可对管道轴向热膨胀位移进行吸收,对管道柔性设计能够起到很好的效果。在核电厂中轴向型膨胀节的使用较为广泛,但由于使用不当,很容易发生各种破坏风险。收集了近年核电厂中典型的轴向型膨胀节失效案例,包括固定支架设置不合理和导向支架设置不足。通过研究破坏形式机理,总结归纳主要设计失误因素,并给出处理措施。对以后的工程设计有重要的参考价值。Axial expansion joint is one of commonly used important piping parts, which is used to absorb the displacement in piping due to axial temperature expansion when the displacement cannot be eliminated as there is no enough space, so it is beneficial to flexibility design of piping. In nuclear power plant, axial expansion joint is used widely, but some failures due to inappropriate application are easily occurred. In this article, some typical cases of failure of axial expansion joint used in nuclear power plant recently were collected, including the cases due to inappropriately placed supports and non-enough guiding supports. The failure mechanisms were studied and main mistakes in the design were summarized. Then some treatment measures were presented, which may be valuable for later design in engineering.
