摘　　要：为提高有机过氧化物运输安全,减少精细化工企业进出口贸易障碍,梳理了国际法规对有机过氧化物的管理要求,深入研究和探讨了有机过氧化物的危险性和运输分类结论。基于《联合国关于危险货物运输的建议书规章范本》(以下简称TDG)的要求,有机过氧化物均需考虑划入5.2项作为危险货物管理,除非达到豁免要求。以过氧化二苯甲酰为例,分析了常规有机过氧化物的具体运输分类方法,明确了有机过氧化物的危险类型、包装方法和联合国运输编号。In order to improve the transport safety of organic peroxides and reduce the import and export trade barriers of fine chemical enterprises,the international regulatory requirements for organic peroxides were reviewed in this article.The hazard and transportation classification of organic peroxides were studied and discussed in this paper.Based on the requirements derived from《Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods Model Regulations Model Regulations》(hereinafter referred to as TDG),organic peroxides should be managed as dangerous goods which were classified as 5.2 division,except meeting the exemption requirements.In this paper,dibenzoyl peroxide was taken as an example to discuss and study the specific hazardous classification methods of routine organic peroxides.The methods can be applied to all currently assigned organic peroxides included in this paper.The hazard type,packing method and UN transport number of organic peroxides were clarified in this article.
