摘 要:标定曲面斜探头入射点、折射角和扫描零点的校准试块是目前超声波探头制造商、校准实验室和使用厂家亟需的无损检测技术。介绍了脚跟试块的技术特点和设计原理,脚跟试块的专项用途和常规用途。脚跟试块不仅能保证曲面斜探头对检出缺陷的精确定位,提高凸曲面锻件、铸件和管件周向超声波检测的水平,同时它还能"一块多用",测试仪器性能和校验灵敏度。The calibrating blocks of the incident points,refraction angles and scanning zeros of the concave surface oblique probe were the non-destructive testing technologies urgently needed for ultrasonic probes manufacturers,calibration laboratories and users. The technical characteristics and design principle of heel test block,as well as the special and conventional use of it were introduced. The heel test block could not only ensure the accurate location of the defects detected by the curved oblique probe,but also improve the circumferential ultrasonic detection level of convex surface forgings,castings and pipes. At the same time,it could also be "one piece for many purposes" to test the performance and calibration sensitivity of the instrument.
