摘　　要：高校在加快"双一流"建设中,不仅要拥有一支高水平的科研教师队伍,还要造就一支素质高、能力强的教务管理队伍,以保障一流的水平和质量的管理。本文阐述了教务管理人员在高校管理工作中具有举足轻重的作用,以及成为一名优秀的教务管理人员应具备的良好意识与出色的能力。In speeding up the construction of "double first-class", colleges and universities should not only have a high level of scientific research teachers, but also bring up a team of educational administration with high quality and strong ability, so as to ensure the first-class level and quality management. This paper expounds the important role of educational administration personnel in the management of colleges and universities and the good consciousness and excellent ability to be an excellent educational administration manager.
